Donation Requests
Tokyo Central Hawaii is proud to support the communities we serve.
The following are requirements for donation requests:
- Submission must be in writing on the organization's letterhead
- Letterhead to include:
- address
- organization's federal non-profit ID number
- event date and/or deadline to receive donation
- solicitor's name, email address and phone number
In order for the request to enter the admission process, it must be received by our Donations Department 45 days prior to the event or deadline, whichever is first. Generally, Tokyo Central can only approve one donation request per year, per organization.
